Recipe: (Chicken Masala)
Chicken 1, Curd 1 cup, Bellari Onion, 1, Lemon 1, Ginger 1 piece, Garlic 1, Nataraj Pepper Powder ½ table spoon, Nataraj Jeera Powder 1 spoon, Nataraj Chicken Masala 1 spoon, Nataraj Turmeric Powder.
How to do?
Cut the chicken to biv pieces, soak in curd for 1 hour also add salt, Nataraj Turmeric Powder during soaking. Chop Onion to small pieces, fry with 6 spoon full of oil with asala powders, till brown color. Add chicken pieces and cook. Transfer to serving bown and add lemon juice and serve.
